Statement of Faith

I love Jesus Christ, my wife Jackie, and our two boys, Izzy and JD. I'm trilingual, fluent in English, Portuguese, and Spanish. In 2023, I became SYMBIS Certified and have been a Board Certified Christian Counselor through the National Association of Christian Counselors since 2019. I earned my Bachelor's Degree in Pastoral Ministry from Logos Christian University in 2016.

I am part of the City of Knoxville’s Police Department Chaplaincy Corps and now volunteer to minister to the police and their families. This includes ride-alongs, visitations, crisis support, and monthly 24-hour on-call rotations.

Together with my wife, we operate Therapeace Counseling. Our mission is to provide emotional, spiritual, and behavioral healing and guidance rooted in biblical truths. We specialize in marital counseling, P**N addiction recovery support, Trauma informed care, and leadership development.

Having accumulated experience supporting both non-profit and for-profit organizations, I've effectively trained employees, volunteers, and leaders. My aim is always to help individuals develop their leadership skills, build cohesive teams, and foster vision growth.

I'm a seasoned speaker and have presented at conferences, workshops, camps, businesses, and churches. I engage with various ages, speaking to children, youth, young adults, and adults alike.

My favorite speaking topics are the gospel of Jesus Christ, healing emotional wounds, identifying spiritual strongholds, developing healthy coping skills, setting boundaries, overcoming anxiety, fighting p**n addiction, marital conflict resolution, integrating faith and mental health, and mental health in business.

My favorite skills to use are curriculum/content development, leadership development, program management and shepherding hearts to Jesus.
